The quality of Vulpini Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an expression of the unique feautures of the land on which it is produced and the knowledge of the growers who take care of their plants according to the rules of traditions that are handed down generation to generation.
Vulpini takes advantage of the best varieties of olives in the area: the Dritta and the Leccino (the latter in small quantities).
A wide variety of Extra Virgin Olive Oils are created from here, all with a wide range of different hues, aromas and flavours, everyone delicately fruity and with their organoleptic properties intact.
Our Colline Teatine have a unique and intense flavour, with a medium fruity flavour, rich in polyphenols and vitamins, especially Vitamin E.

Vulpini was founded on boasting our true passion for our groves, supported by experienced consultants who work along with us in order to optimise all stages of production!
But mostly, Vulpini was founded on our true core value: plain simple, RESPECT for our farmers hard work and especially for our land, Abruzzo and its wildlife, both as a whole ecosystem, understanding that without the synergy from both -as yearly harvesting is not an easy business-, there wouldn't be no Vulpini bottle at all.
That’s why, from monitoring of the olive groves to harvesting, from the mill to processing and bottling, Vulpini strive to achieve a common objective: a top quality product.
The cultivation area, with its particularly mild climate and diverse landscape, facilitates the production of excellent quality oil.
Suffice it to say that olives, in wild form, have spontaneously grown in these areas over ten of thousands of years, and olive growing in Abruzzo can be dated back to the Romans.
It was here that extensive selection work led to the birth of the Dritta olive.
The variety is exclusively found in the province of Pescara, especially in the “Golden Triangle”.
A true “Farmer’s Sense” comes into play in this centuries-old landscape, and is able to find a fine balance between tradition, passion and production techniques that are more and more advanced.
Vulpini Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes exclusively from Abruzzo groves, and we pretty make sure of it as it is never mixed with products from other sources, in compliance with scrupulous quality parameters and product specifications.
The product is made in the old good ancient, fashion, artisanal and traditional way of using a stone mill wheel or “trappetum” as the Roman called it, that allow us to reach and to keep the highest standards and all the benefits of the oil in each bottle, in conjunction with the latest equipment and the most modern systems in a continuos cycle that ensures an environmentally friendly product of high quality and hygienic standards.
Vulpini also produces flavoured oils with peperoncino, lemon, red garlic, truffle and rosemary, all made, using only Vulpini Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
